I have also been told that in 1968 Sears sold a Daisy model 21 with Wood Stocks. And Special THANKS!! to Ronald Scalzo SR. He had informed me that on the Sears Model 21, that the rib tells it all. The Sears model had hash marks on the rib unlike the straight lines on the regular model 21. See pictures below.
