Description: This was Daisy's answer to the Model 200. My opinion, it was a very good move. I feel it was one of the best Co2 60 shot BB pistols Daisy had ever produced. The velocity was rated at 420 fps.

The Model 1500 was a tuned down version of the 1200 shooting only around 345 fps. It was considered the first Youth line Co2 BB pistol. It came in a Metallic gray color frame and barrel housing with Black forearm and grips. 1988-1991

The Model 1270 redesign of the cocking mechanism of the 1200. The whole forearm would slide forward to cock the gun. It had a Chrome plated plastic barrel housing with black grips. New in 1997 - 2000

Variations:

The first couple of years the 1200 had a clear View port on top to see the BB's

Around 1994 the Diecast housing was replaced with plastic.
